It was a pleasure to work with Koreen and Earl. They know their business. They received permits, when necessary set up signs in the area, advertised in the paper and on-line. They have a good following. In two days, they sold most of our items. They also made arrangements for a charity to pick up the remainder of the items.

Koreen came recommended by someone who loves to go to estate sales. Koreen was in for a shock when she came to assess our house for an estate sale. She took on the daunting task and she and Earl jumped right in with both feet with help from her mom and Uncle. We felt very comfortable every step of the way. I highly recommend Koreen and Our Next Sale! She came into our 60yr old home after Dad passed away. He never threw anything away, so the amount of stuff and treasures was overwhelming! Koreen smiled and said “wow! what great stuff to sell!”. She was honest and direct about needing cleanup, organization and a dumpster. She used her years of experience, contacts and the internet to price every item fairly. We contracted with her on Nov 5, by Nov30 the house was empty! She advertised on her website and in local papers. Our Next Sale has a huge loyal following- shoppers were lined up on the street 2 hours before opening! We trusted each person on her team, they supervised the sale perfectly! While sorting thru the rooms and items,, if they came across something that looked more personally valuable they would put it aside for us to decide. It was fun to see what items brought the highest return and what items shoppers didn’t want. The proceeds from the sale exceeded our expectations and paid for her fee plus the additional clean out, and enough leftover to get the house ready to sell. Koreen was always available to me during the entire process, either by phone or to meet me at the house. We are very pleased with the service Koreen and Our Next Sale provided, and would hire them again!

Koreen and Earl did a fantastic job with our estate sale. Their team members were courtous, professional, and efficient throughout. Two other estate sale companies had turned us down, saying that we were too small to provide enough profit. But Koreen agreed to give us a look and found value in our estate and took us on.
The Our Next Sale team works very hard for their sellers. They’ve been a family business for many years and they have a network of contacts that they will reach out to in order to make your sale successful.
We also used Our Next Sale’s clean up service. We were very impressed with that as well. Our house closing ended up being just a couple days after the estate sale. Koreen & Earl worked with us to meet our deadlines. They genuinely care about their sellers and I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else to handle our estate sale.

Our Next Sale did a wonderful job putting together an Estate sale for my uncle’s home. I found them to be reasonable in price for the all the work they did. Finding my uncle’s treasures putting them on display in an organized manner. Everyrhing was tidy and clean.Staff was respectful of our families wishes, and attentive to customers that came to the sale. I found them to be honest in finding my uncle’s coin collection and notified me to let me know they had found a treasure that we might like to keep. Turned out to be quite valuable. After the sale the house and garage were empty swept clean and ready for the house to be put up for sale. They did a really good job and I would recommend this company to anyone that needs to have an Estate sale.

Last weekend in Warren I was fortunate enough to come upon a sale they were hosting.
I was thrilled to find so many items of interest to me, with prices that were reasonable and fair.
I went back the next day with my husband and his truck to pick up some barn wood, Randy was working in the garage area, such a delight; friendly and helpful.
We had forgotten work gloves so he borrowed two pair of his for us to use.
Exceptional customer service.
Upon unloading our barnwood treasures at home I realized that we had forgotten a few unique pieces, however, the sale had ended for the weekend. I had Koreen’s business card and thought that I would take a chance and call to see if we could return to pick up those few items.
Koreen was accommodating, she went to great lengths on her day off and after the sale had ended so that we could procure the items we had forgotten.
She went out of her way to make a customer satisfied. Highly recommend. They love what they do and they go above and beyond for the customers.
